    Appraiser Experience Summary

     We have completed approximately 30,000 single family residential appraisals and multi-family rental units. 100% of our time has been devoted to appraising real property for mortgage companies, private mortgage insurers, banks, major industries, employee relocation companies and individuals refinancing or seeking release of PMI.
